The energy left the room – excitement and effort left.
We don’t want energy to leave. We need energy. To fulfill the mission of the church it will take energy.

When Jesus healed people, the Message Translation tells us, energy left.

1 Samuel 30:6b-7 But David found strength in the Lord his God. Then he said to Abiathar the priest, “Bring me the ephod!” So Abiathar brought it.

What is the Ephod?

Jesus Christ is not just a High Oriest but a Great High Priest.

Exodus 28:6-14

Ephod consists of onyx stones on the shoulder and gold chains attached to the breastplate over the heart. It is a breastplate of decision.

Exodus 28:30 Insert the Urim and Thummim into the sacred chestpiece so they will be carried over Aaron’s heart when he goes into the Lord’s presence. In this way, Aaron will always carry over his heart the objects used to determine the Lord’s will for his people whenever he goes in before the Lord.

Urim – light

Thummim – perfection, complete
The light of Gid shines on us. It does not show imperfections. It shines light to make the right decisions. When we need to make decisions, the light and perfection of God will shine and guide you to the right path.

John 14:6 Jesus: I am the path, the truth, and the energy of life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

John 13:21-30

Jesus is our great High Priest.

When it comes to making judgement calls, you can make the right ones. Look unto Jesus. Be close to His heart.
Our ephod today is Jesus. Our energy is renewed in Jesus.
